Kaili got her bandages off today, hooray! Her hand looks funny and a bit swollen. Some of the skin is peeling off but over all the scaring on her hand should be minimal if at all.

Yaaaaaay! It actually looks really good for having been wrapped up for 6 weeks. She’ll have that little thumb in her mouth in no time 😉
It’s hard to tell where the cut was. Maybe after the skin quits peeling and the swelling goes down it will be visible but right now you wouldn’t notice anything. Has she started sucking her thumb? Does she know what to do with it. Freedom. I’m glad she finally got it off. Another milestone.
Even if she does have a scar. It will probably slowing disappear over time. She just has a little boo boo. :0)
